🇬🇧 Bringing History to Life in Y6! 🎨

As part of their English learning, our Year 6 children took part in an immersive drawing activity inspired by the events of the Battle of Dunkirk.

The children used their creativity to illustrate key facts and events, whilst incorporating important historical vocabulary into their work.

To make the experience even more immersive, they listened to music from World War II, including songs that were popular at the time and helped to keep morale high. 🎶

A fantastic way to bring history to life, develop vocabulary and deepen their understanding of this significant moment in history!
