Foundation Stage 2 kicked off their new writing sequence by immersing themselves in the wonderful story of The Gingerbread Man!

To bring the text to life, the children carefully followed a set of instructions to create their very own delicious gingerbread men. This hands-on activity helped them develop their listening and sequencing skills while having lots of fun.

The classroom was filled with excitement (and the wonderful smell of gingerbread!) as the children mixed, shaped and decorated their tasty creations. We can't wait to see how this experience inspires their writing over the coming weeks! ✨
