Year 1 have begun their exciting creative arts enquiry, exploring the question: “Why isn’t all art the same?”

The children learned about the artist Piet Mondrian and his abstract geometric style. They then had a go at recreating his work, using primary colours and squares to create their own masterpieces!

We’ve been so impressed with their creativity and enthusiasm—well done, Year 1!
