Miss Pitts - your dedication to promoting exercise, challenge, and resilience in your Year 6 children is truly inspiring. What a wonderful way to support a worthy cause whilst showing just how much the children are at the very heart of everything you do.

At BFHA, we know how important good nutrition is - and how exciting it can be to explore new tastes! Last week, our friends from Vertas, our school meals provider, visited to teach our children all about the seasonal foods and how we carefully select our school meals menu.
We are so proud of all our children today as they joined together to observe the two minutes' silence and pay their respects to those who have served our country. Our year 6 children gave a wonderful performance of William Walker's poem.
Our F1 children also enjoyed learning about the meaning behind the poppy and why we wear it to remember and honour those who have served.

What an incredible evening at our Fireworks Night! 
The display was amazing, and it was wonderful to see so many smiles and laughter from our children and families — truly an evening to remember.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support our school. This event wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and dedication of my incredible staff team 
And a special mention to a certain parent helper — you know who you are! 
To commence the Remembrance Day celebrations, Mr. Martwich spent the morning with the F2 class exploring Army memorabilia and discussing the significance of the poppy. He then accompanied the children outside, where he provided a demonstration on how to march correctly, fostering respect and understanding for this important tradition

Pumpkin Judging Fun in EYFS!
Miss Rose and I visited EYFS this afternoon and took our pumpkin judging duties very seriously! 
We have such amazing children and families — the creativity and effort that went into every pumpkin was fantastic.
Well done, everyone! 
A big well done to Miss Key and our wonderful Year 5 class!
They delivered a fantastic Class Assembly on the Anglo-Saxons today — full of confidence, enthusiasm, and brilliant history knowledge! 
It was so lovely to have our parents join us in the audience — thank you for coming to support the children.
