I would like to warmly welcome you to the Bilsthorpe Flying High Academy website.

Our website is designed to provide parents, carers, families, stakeholders and prospective families with a wealth of information about our school, whilst also giving a genuine insight into our culture, values and aspirations.

Bilsthorpe Flying High Academy is a nurturing, ambitious and inclusive community, and one that I am incredibly proud to lead as Headteacher. At the heart of everything we do is The Bilsthorpe Way; our shared commitment to ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, supported and inspired to achieve their very best.

The Bilsthorpe Way reflects our belief that success comes through strong relationships, high expectations and a culture where everyone belongs. It shapes how we learn, how we treat one another and how we work together as a community. We want every child to leave our school not only with excellent knowledge and skills, but also with the confidence, character and values needed to thrive in the future.

It is a privilege to lead Bilsthorpe Flying High Academy. I am immensely proud of our children, staff and wider community, and of the way we work together to ensure every child flourishes through The Bilsthorpe Way.
