This half term:
In literacy we are reading some of Julia Donaldson's books. Room on the Broom - looking at rhyming words and making rhyming potions and writing rhyming words. We are now moving onto reading Stickman and Christmas stories.
On wellie day we made clay woodland creatures (See below) and magic potions.
In maths we have been estimating, looking at 2D and 3D shapes and will be matching numbers to quantity.
We are now starting to practice our Nativity and are getting excited for the big performance on 14th December. More details to follow...
Wellies on Thursdays as well as warm coats.
Book bags should be brought into school each day. We listen to the children read each week and need their reading book and diary in school.
Keep an eye on the classroom door for our number and letters of the week.
